Proud Member of Actors Equity SDCF Observership Class of 2018-2019
FALL 2020 What a year it's been!
Well, the biggest news? We've relocated!
Yes, like almost everyone else in the arts, all of my gigs quickly were cancelled in mid March. However, that didn't stop new beginnings for my family. I, along with my husband and furbabies, moved back to the east coast--yes, during this global pandemic. While my husband (virtually) attends the University of MD School of Law, I am actively seeking employment for the fall and beyond.
In August, I had the pleasure of virtually teaching a musical theatre dance class for 5 Star Theatricals teenage Musical Theatre Virtual Cabaret. It was a dream to be 'back in the classroom', doing what I love most-teaching. The young actors learned a difficult combination from Seussical the Musical, choreographed by yours truly. I was impressed how invested and hard working these young professionals were! Thank you to the theatre and Tal Fox for bringing me on.
If you're hiring (or know someone that is!) and like what you hear and see, please send me an email from the Contact Me Page! For now, I would prefer virtual teaching (due to COVID) for anything musical theatre; choreography, directing or general teaching artist work.
In the meantime, I'm taking dance and yoga classes, making a fancy LinkedIn page, and taking advantage of all of the free workshops on the Actors Fund Website.
